🙏 Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim 🙏

All praise is due to Allah (SWT) for granting us the opportunity, unity, and success of this beautiful event. We ask Allah to continue to bless our community and strengthen our efforts.

Allah (SWT) says in the Qur’an:
“And cooperate in righteousness and piety…” (Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:2)

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:
“The believers, in their mutual kindness, compassion, and sympathy, are like one body…” (Bukhari & Muslim)

A Message of Gratitude

On behalf of the Somali Bantu Association of America (SBAOA), I extend my sincere gratitude to everyone who made this event a success.

Special thanks to Officer Farah for the connections and coordination, and to Abdullahi, Abdifatah, Samir, and the entire team for your leadership and dedication. Your collective efforts truly brought this vision to life.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Iftin School and its CEO for generously providing the space and facility to host this event. Your support made this gathering possible.

We also thank all captains, players, organizers, and supporters who contributed their time and energy. This event reflects the strength of our unity and community spirit.

I look forward to seeing this continue to grow and come to life again in the near future, Insha’Allah.

As the proverb says: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” 🤝

With appreciation,
