The program offers job placement and certification through local government to build a self-sustained business to provide working families with safe, affordable, and health-conscious care for their children.
Learn the basics of working a sewing machine and how to cut patterns, pin and seam clothing, and accessories. Design skills and patternmaking are offered to more advanced participants. Products created can be donated to sell in the SBAOA shop. Fashion shows and events are held regularly to showcase the students' garment creations.
