- Tier 3–4: travel documents (I-131), TPS, family reunification (I-730), derivative applications, DS-260, re-parole, I-130, I-589, I-485
- Tier 5–6: SIV applications, full-scope asylum and green card representation
- Other assistance: USCIS application fee support, medical exam guidance, translation and interpretation services
