The Primary Goals of CLEAR PATH are to help refugees in the City Heights area, achieve stability through programming that develops community support, provides language services and education, develops job skills and increases the likelihood of gainful employment.
CLEAR PATH’s Secondary Goal is to create stability and support within the home that will enhance the success of all family members, especially children. The Clear Path Program focuses on building community, providing linguistically and culturally appropriate services, developing employable skills, identifying and applying for jobs, and connecting clients with resources such as federal and state benefits and other refugee-serving organizations. Four primary focuses of the Clear path – community, language, employment, and resources – were chosen with the understanding of the multi-faceted challenges facing incoming vulnerable populations, as well as the necessity of a holistic approach to creating lasting change in their lives.
