Are you eligible?
- Must have a driving permit that is not expired
- Our program will support recent arrivals in the United States who were part of Operation Allies Welcome (OAW) on or after July 30, 2021
- Currently reside in California
- Have an eligible immigration status.
- Afghan
- Refugees or asylees;
- Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) holders;
- Special Immigrant (SQ or SI) Parolees;
- Special Immigrants (SI) Conditional Permanent Residents (CPR),
- Afghan Humanitarian Welcome Parolees.
